From April 2024, the general salary threshold rose to £38,700. The shortage occupation list was replaced with the Immigration Salary List.
Key requirements
- Job offer from a Home Office-licensed sponsor.
- Skill level RQF 3 or above.
- English at B1 (CEFR).
- Salary at or above the going rate for the occupation.
Path to settlement
After 5 continuous years on the route, you can apply for Indefinite Leave to Remain.
